4 weeks no order received from Loot

I'm really sick and tired of waiting for my package from December 2020 I was told that the courier don't even phone you .Really the person decided to cancel my order. Then I re-order again now it's 4 weeks later . I'm the client not you this mind set must change really. Poor Service at its best!!!
