4 months and still waiting for my order!

It is now the 7th of July 2020...I now think you guys have completely dropped the ball on my online order. Keep in mind my order was placed on 17 March 2020(CNKD-268-B340). You have not kept to your agreed delivery date/s, latest one being 25 June 2020. I am beyond disappointed with your lack of service delivery. I do understand the impact of the lockdown in SA but I've experienced far better and more importantly FASTER service from other online retailers more recently. Will never again do business with Loot.co.za in future, too many delays and excuses!
