4 Late/Damaged Orders in a row and nothing from Customer Service

In the last two months with Loot I've had 2 orders arrive late, and one order arrive with a damaged book with pages falling out. Loot doesn't seem to care about customer service: I submitted the same complaint three times, asking that it be escalated and never received a satisfactory response.

I've now had a fourth order arrive late and I'm done with Loot.co.za. They have become completely unreliable. I suggest using instead Raru or Takealot.
