2 Month Delays!!

Placed an order in December 2020, received 2 emails already stating that my order has been delayed TWICE! And will now only ship on 11th February! How do you operate and run an online business with 2 month lead times?? That is just not acceptable. They should have ensured that they had the stock available on hand to fulfill my order before they so easily took my money! This is absolutely ridiculous! Now what was supposed to be a Christmas gift is going to be 2 months delayed!! Please learn from Takealot!¹
