10 days later...no delivery...not happy
<p>i ordered a 7 fin heater 10 days ago.. website said 5-7 working days for delivery but nothing deliverd yet. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called this morning and they tell me it hasn't even left yet...they would look into the matter and call me back...still no phone call or email. We needed that heater quite urgently as its winter and we have overseas guests staying with us. I'm most disappointed with the service. In the past used to receive good service, but doesn't seem to ebthe case any longer...</p>

The 5-9 working day period that we advertised on our website is the product's dispatch estimate, rather than the delivery estimate. The delivery service you choose will determine when the item will arrive. The dates quoted during checkout was to expect delivery between 23 - 31 May.
Our FedEx agent confirms that your parcel will be delivered today before 5pm.
Please note we sent a delivery notification email to you yesterday.
