Worst experience ever!

Worst experience of my life at the Randburg branch. Wish I did my research before they damaged my nails to the point of no return, made an appointment via WhatsApp afew weeks back and the prices they gave me on the app and at the studio were very different but I paid the extra because I was already there.

You make an appointment and wait six hours to be attended to. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and I won't be returning either. Went back to take of the nails they did this morning for a 10 o clock appointment to be attended to at 11:30 and they telling me to never do the acrylic on my feet when they did it at the same branch. Now my nails are so damaged and weak and on top of that they struggled taking it off had to leave with my toes wrapped in foil because it was taking to long.

But seeing all these bad reviews what was I expecting really...
