Unprofessional, Miscommunication Bad Service

I walked into the salon (Randburg branch) specifically requesting a polygel refill. I was assigned to a nail technician who started filing my nails and then attempted to apply acrylic instead, without confirming with me. I asked for a specific nail shape, but she kept stopping every minute to ask someone else for guidance. Eventually, she told me the shape I wanted “can’t be done” because my nails are short.

When I raised the issue with the manager, I was told that only Nomsa does polygel, and I would have to wait 20 minutes for her. This information should have been communicated to me from the start. The lack of coordination, miscommunication, and disregard for my time was unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
