Terrible service and terrible nails done

My nails were terribly done and I kept telling the nail tech to file the acrylic but she kept dismissing me they are lumpy and terribly done it's as if I was done by a learner to top it all I sent messages and pictures voicing out my complaints but I was straight out ignored and blue ticked

To make matters worse you book but when you get there at the time of booking you are sent away I then returned the next day they wanted to send me away again I had to plead with them I sat there for 6hrs full waiting just to get my nails done although I had booked

The service is terrible 😔 very disappointing
