NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TIME!!

Appointments mean absolutely nothing!!

Unless you are prepared to spend the entire day there waiting to be attended to, do not waste your time. Reception will tell you to wait outside with 10 other ladies with no indication when you will be attended to. If you raise an issue you’ll be fed a line about a backlog of clients!!! What is the point of appointments? A male “Manager” is walking inbetween clients barking “time,time” at technicians as if we’re at a speed dating event.

If you value your time, and sanity go somewhere else!
