Lonja Beauty Salon Unprofestional -Nightmare of and Experiance

First time and last time. Was recommend this place by a friend she booked an appointment at 3 with Nomsa. OK so spoke to the lady at reception and she told me that Nomsa have another client that was their since 1 but was busy with her hair at the hair section and she was currently busy with a client. I went to another lady who does the feet and that was the worse experience ever i had to tell her 3 times you are hurting me with the blade. I am still in pain and when i got home took off my shoes and socks my toes was bleeding. So I was done with my toes waiting for Nomsa she took other clients that come after me and when she was done with the lady she was procrastinating and pulling time waiting for the lady to complete her hair. Well the place look professional. But the ladies that work their need some people skills they do not know how to communicate with the clients. And if she could not see me yesterday she should have told me I am sorry i am not able to see you today but if any of the other nail technicians can assist you. I end up paying for my toes and and did not had my hands done as this was a most horrified and sad experience I had in my entire life at a beauty salon. These are places we has woman go to to beautify ourself not have nightmare of experiences. Never Again.
