I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unprofessionalism and rudeness, which seemed to be on full display.

The tall, dark lady at the counter was particularly abrasive and dismissive. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, and I felt disrespected and unwelcome.

As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and respect. It's not too much to ask for a friendly smile, a warm greeting, and a willingness to listen to my needs and concerns.

Instead, I was met with a curt demeanor, a lack of empathy, and a clear disinterest in providing good customer service. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but it's also bad for business.

I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to address these issues. Until then, I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
