Horrible service

The service there is the worst . I booked an app in Thursday got there it was full and they turned me back ok fine I rescheduled my appointment to Saturday . I got there 20mins before my appointment I waited for almost 2 hours to get my nails done . There have no system . What’s the purpose of booking an appointment
