Don’t waste your time

Lonja is the place to go to if you have nothing to do for the day. Even if you book an appointment for multiple services, you are guaranteed a wait. I have been waiting for lashes for 3 hours and this is the second day. I had booked for Thursday, waited 30 minutes when I arrived and only did 1 service. I waited another 2 hours and left as there were so many people that still needed to do things before me despite having an appointment.

The manager I think, he doesn’t have much communication skills and will leave you waiting. You have to chase after him to follow up on what’s happening regarding your waiting.

They need to stop pushing multiple appointments that they cannot manage and get a booking app that will assist with booking only what they can handle.

Staff complains about being tired and how they literally have no time between clients.
