DO NOT EVER use Lonja Nail Bar! This is by far the worst salon experience I have ever had. The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and poor service is shocking. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that customer service is not a priority here. The staff are inconsiderate, dismissive, and completely unbothered by client satisfaction.

The nail technicians have no proper skills—they do whatever they want, ignoring your requests completely. If you ask for a specific shape, color, or design, don’t be surprised when they do something else entirely. And then, to make matters worse, they charge an outrageous amount of money for their poor, rushed, and sloppy work. It’s an absolute rip-off.

As for the eyelashes, they are a complete disaster—cheap, poorly app****, and falling off within hours. They don’t even last a day, and when you try to address the issue, instead of fixing their mistakes, they become rude and aggressive. The tall lady at the front desk is especially unprofessional, treating customers with disrespect and attitude as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you spend your money there.

And if you dare to complain? Be ready to be shouted at and dismissed. They have no regard for their customers, and instead of resolving issues professionally, they argue, make excuses, and act as if you’re the problem for expecting decent service.

I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There are plenty of other salons where you can pay your money and actually get quality service. Lonja Nail Bar is a complete waste of time, money, and energy. Do yourself a favor—go somewhere that actually cares about its customers! 🚫💅👎
