Bad service

Lonja Beauty This Salon in the Randburg area has the worst service you can get, I booked an appointment to get my eyebrows done, they did the booking confirmed my appointment for 9am, mind you I stay in Primrose Germiston and drove all the way to Randburg to be told that their waiting for the needles to be delivered, after waiting for 30min I was told the supplier is not coming and if I can come back 1:30pm or rescedule. I told the lady thats inpossible I came all the way from Germiston and she apologised and said she will speak to the lady maybe they can give me discount, I told her I stay so far I don't even know if I will be able to go back because I work and even weekend sometimes. I massaged the lady I booked the appointment with and she gave a lousy apology, I was totally put of by their service and the way they treated me, and asked for a refund, which I was told I can't get full refund and this is why I say she gave me lousy apology because this is 100% her fault, she should have made contact with me to let me know about them not having the needles and I would have never drove there for nothing the least she could have done was give me that full refund of R500 cause she made me drive my petrol out for nothing and its going on almost a month and I'm still waiting for R300 they suppose to give me. My messages get ignored by Lonja this women does not care about how she treat people, you lucky if you get good service, as for me I'm still waiting and lucky if she replies with yet another lie that they paying in my money.
