Unauthorised debiting of my bank account

I noticed that there was a R399 deduction from Paysoft CC from my account which I have no knowledge of. After contacting Paysoft, I was told they were instructed by Lone Zone SA to deduct from my account. I have loan from Lone Zone SA- I tried applying for a loan at Lone Zone SA on the 5/1/2015, and after receiving an SMS from them requesting my bank statements, ID as well as R399 upfront payment, I decided against the loan. I did not understand why I had to pay them to borrow me money, hence I did not send them the documents. Unfortunately during the processing of the application, one gets the impression that you will get the loan, so when they ask for your banking details, you are not suspicious of any foul play. They tried to deduct on the 23/01/2015 and again today. The bottom line is that I did authorise Loan Zone SA to deduct my account and I wonder what the NCR says about service providers who ************ly take advantage of people whoa are desperate for assistance. I want my refund.
