Incompetence of Rain team
The service is not as expected. I the past,you could get a Rain sim card with unlimited data. Now,you get Loop zone,which is a mobile device, but when you go outside your zone,they charge you per gig. I received mine on Friday. Today is Wednesday, and it's still not working. Despite them delivering at my home address,and showing them proof of address,the load me as staying at an address I've never stayed at. 5day now and I have had it,remixed the device and told them to come and collect it because it's either not working,or they are ***********, because no one seems to be able to set it up properly. I also told them I expect a refund,seeing that I paid for uncapped data and I am not able to use it. I would definitely not recommend them or the device. Very poor service.
