Terrible service
This hair company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Placed my order on the in December 2025, the seller said my hair will take 18 days to be prepared and delivered…tell me why in March 2026 I still had to text daily to beg for my hair to be delivered, she makes empty promises, or just plain ignores your messages. She advertises her hair daily and yet fails to deliver old orders. The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched.

26 Apr 2026, 17:00UPDATE: The hair eventually got delivered after I requested for a refund. The hair is terrible, it sheds and tangles so much. There’s no way that the hair she sent me is Vietnamese hair. I regret wasting my money honestly.
