Still waiting for my order placed in December

I placed an order for hair on the 17th of December and I still have not received it. It has been months now, which is completely unacceptable. I have been patient and have tried to follow up, but I still do not have my order or a clear update on when it will be delivered.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a paying customer, I expected better service, proper communication, and timely delivery.

At this point, I would like this matter to be resolved urgently. I either need my order delivered as soon as possible or a refund.
