Poor service- Hair not delivered

I ordered hair during their Grad sale on the 2nd of March and to date I have not received any communication from them though its stated that shipping takes 9-12 business days. This was my first poor experience with them as I have bought 2 weeks from them before and delivery was super fast. Whats sad is that they are very active on instagram posting sale after sale but no one responds to your DMs, no response on Whatsapp and emails either. Whatever is going on with her business is not on. I even thought I was the only unfortunate one and I even gave up and took my L💔🤦🏽♀️
