Ordered 26 March 2026 till now no delivery no communication

I last ordered my hair 26 MARCH 2026 loft hair does not reply even when you request for refund they do not reply they keep saying write emails but they still do not respond I bought a frontal bob during their sale and I must say I am utterly disappointed because I trusted the company but I am really sad that maybe because we purchase wigs that are not close to the 5-6k range maybe that would have been top priority but poor poor service when it comes to delivery and communication.
