No delivery on order

I’ve have since placed an order for SDD 16” hair on the 02 March 2026, and to date Loft SA Virgin Hair haven’t delivered the item and have been ignoring my emails and DMs. I have already paid a full price of R1 600.00. on Payflexx with no luck or sign of delivery and/or refund to date!!
