LOFT SA Horrific service.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my order placed on 31 March 2026, which I have still not received to date. I have attempted to follow up on multiple occasions, but communication has been inconsistent, and the information provided regarding delivery has not been accurate. This has been very disappointing and frustrating. I have also requested a refund, which she refuses to provide me with. This is unacceptable.
