Loft sa hair. Order not received

I made an order on the website on the 18th of April 2026. I still have not received the hair. There is no communication I have tried numerous times to contact them via WhatsApp. The only form of communication was with the owner via Instagram dm giving me false screenshots of courier guy waybill.
