Loft SA bad service

I ordered virgin hair from Loft SA Hair on 10 January. The delivery timeframe is up to 10 days, and that period has passed without me receiving my order. I had no issue waiting the promised time, but this delay has disrupted my plans. The lack of communication and professionalism is disappointing, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.
