Horrible service and bad communication

I ordered the wig on the 6th of March and was told it would take 10 business days. Today is the 4th of April and I still have not received my order. When I reach out to them on WhatsApp they ignore my messages but everyday they are posting about orders they have sent out and advertising new hair. I now realize these screenshots they keep on posting of satisfied customers are actually **** because I am seeing people complain of the same experience I’m having. They don’t deliver the hair and ignore messages
