Great Experience with Loft SA -Appreciated the updates

I bought a wig from LoftSA recently. The hair is really beautiful and I’m happy with the quality. Their team is friendly and they communicate well. My order did take longer than expected. It seems like they might be a bit understaffed, so maybe hiring more people could help with delays. I do appreciate that they kept me updated though, which made the wait less stressful.

Overall, I had a good experience. Happy with my hair and would buy from them again.
