Terrible experience

Extremely poor! If there were zero stars I would put that. Call out fee is correct R295. Then you get charged an extreme opening fee, the locksmith does not consult with you on a price before commencing the work. Charging for a public holiday when it was in fact NOT a public holiday. I asked for a price on the phone but they couldn’t provide me with one. Only to not get one before everything was done.
