Got ****med by local pros area service provider

These guys sent a service provider to me called "Epoxy Tech" Guy contacted me on whatsapp. here is their insta: https://www.instagram.com/shaunprosper1/ Guy sold me a completely broken pool filter for R4000 the mode selector on it even had a broken gasket inside causing it to just backwash constantly no matter which mode it is on. he promised he would then come sort it out - but every day is a new issue all of a sudden. he can come when i have cash for him. but once he has ****med me now suddenly he cant come back to sort it out. be careful who these guys send to you. **btw i fixed the broken gasket myself but the pool filter itself is just plain broken. he sold me something that 100% does not work and now i have to buy a new one and ill just f**** install it myself. Please dont respond saying i didnt log this issue. I called you guys last week to complain about this and have not heard back at all. at this point why bother. ill never recommend to anyone to use this service or use it myself ever again. 1 / 10 would not recommend.
