Avoid at all costs

Local Pros is a complete joke when it comes to customer service and accountability. It took them nearly a month to respond to my complaints about a vendor listed on their platform, and when they finally did, their response was laughable: a sarcastic “100%” to my detailed and scathing feedback. This clearly shows how little they care about resolving issues or taking responsibility for the vendors they promote.

The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking for a service aggregator. Their platform is supposed to connect customers with trustworthy professionals, but they fail miserably at vetting or holding their vendors to any standard. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any support from Local Pros—they’ll just ignore you or send meaningless automated replies.

Avoid Local Pros at all costs. Their attitude toward customer complaints proves they care more about appearances than actually helping people. A waste of time and energy.
