Worst service ever! Why are you still operating??

just want to express my sincere disappointment in your service and how you conduct business. We have ordered a couch to be picked up from Shopper Deals. We paid you on the 25th January already the full amount. I am disappointed in the fact that every time you keep telling us about "shared load" and the drivers are always busy with clients.

Are we not clients after accepting our money?? This is now the 3rd time it was supposedly scheduled to be picked up and it is totally outrageous that you deliver this kind of service.
