Worst Moving Experience

Do not every try to consider these people to move you. You will cry, you will feel frustrated, you will feel like you are not a valuable client and mostly you will regret paying them to deliver the worst service in the world. I was moving from Gauteng to Northwest and no matter how you put in writing what . They give you the drivers contacts to communicate with him and you finalise everything with the driver. On the day they instructed the driver to not come to me 1st. I had to wait another day for the driver only for him to arrive with a truck that has someone’s furniture. They now squeeze my things in the truck that I hired and not everything fitted. Had to leave my things with the previous neighbour. When you finally think the truck is following you then they instruct the driver to wait for them two hours and not follow you. You get to your new place now desperate for what is in the truck and time is going tomorrow you need to go to work. What an inconvenience. The truck. Drivers are not instructed to offload into your new place but to leave your things outside. If you are a woman. Pay the drivers to help you or find a way to bring your things inside.
