WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!

Absolutely shocking company!! They arrived late and only finished at 8pm, damaged my goods and my couch is currently still sitting outside for the 2nd night in a row and no one answers my emails and they wont give me a number for management. I selected protective wrapping when doing my quote online but apparently it didn't register on their end even though I have proof of it. They said they would use blankets but they only had three and they didn't even cover my appliances properly. They even had to use 2 rolls of my tape because they didn't have their own. They lay my fridge on its side for transportation so we have to leave it off for 48 hours and hope it will work. My new washing machine does not work since they moved it. They scratched one of my cabinets really badly. They tried to hoist my couch over the balcony with pathetic little ropes and one of the men got badly injured while doing this and my couch got dropped from a height. There is no accountability and you can't get hold of anyone except Giselle who can't help at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
