Worst courier service , unaccountability and poor management response.

Very unprofessional service. My item left its destination in Cape Town more than 2 weeks ago and is yet to arrive at THEIR depot in Johannesburg never mind my adress. The response has been non existent from the operations manager , dodging our calls and messages without giving us even a estimate time of arrival. I am not even sure if my package is still in their possession. Do yourself a favour never use this service, probably the worst courier service in SA. Hands down!
