RIDICULOUS!!!

No response from the load alot team. Been getting empty promises of some manager contacting us with regards to our goods that are in storage with them. We have been trying to get our stuff since December!!! Giselle and her manager do not answer emails or calls! What the entire hell!!! Now they want to make us pay for Jan and now Feb!!!

Which legal body can I lodge a complaint with???????
