Review of Load-A-Lot Services

I heard of Load-A-Lot's services from individuals who used their services in Cape Town. I contacted them early December about storing my items for the month till I arrive back in CPT from my holiday and initially this transaction was very successful on their part. Things turned when it was time for my items to be re-delivered to me at my new place in Cape Town. Firstly they mistakenly sent my bed to Johannesburg and was told I would have to wait a week and a half for it to be brought back. This forced me to sleep on my couch for a week. Secondly upon arrival of one of my storage items - a tumble dryer, when it was delivered back to me it wasn't working even though when I placed it in their possession it was functional. They additionally told me they would not hold themselves liable for its damage. I had to bring this to Hello Peter because there is no platform present for me to make a review.
