Load-A-Lot will breach an agreement and not refund you.

If there was a 0 I would give them a 0. I scheduled and paid in full for a collection from Jhb to Cape Town. They violated and breached the agreement by not showing up on the day and time of agreement. The entire day of collection their WhatsApp line was off and not answering any phone calls. Their customer service has been horrible. After not providing a service, I requested a refund. They want an undisclosed fee from the paid amount , which is not in their terms and conditions. To iterate, they did not fulfil the service as they did not show up. It has been beyond the 7-21 days investigation period, which is not in their terms and conditions, and I still have not received my refund in full. There’s been no acknowledgment to any of my emails.
