Load A lot = TERRIBLE MOVERS

Really just terrible company…. The movers damaged my couch as well as my front door. Both need repairs…. My step mom (whom they collected my stuff from) asked if they were going to wrap up everything and even offered blankets, they said they would wrap my stuff in blankets and did not... It was a difficult move but I tried to help by organizing friends to help from my side to assist and still a very unpleasant experience. Movers would not cooperate when asked and didn’t care at all when told they were busy damaging my couch. Still have not heard back from the company since the day of my complaint…. It’s been over a month and I have followed up multiple times. Just unprofessional would not recommend…. Don't even have the guts to deal with the complaints....
