LOAD-A-LOT DOES DO R32K DAMAGE TO MY GOODS (OCT 2022)

Got Loadalot's details off the Store-age website. Figured they should be reputable. Moved from JHB to CPT, October 2022. Nightmare service and experience from start to finish. 1. First truck too small. 2. Second truck broke down half way and went back to JHB. Goods arrived 5 days later. 3. Damage of R32K done to my bike, dining room table, outdoor table & weber braai. 4. They're a platform and outsource to 3rd party drivers, so no control or property management. 5. Truck driver threatened to break the locks on my container and take the goods, cos he wasn't paid 6. My calls ignored for days, and slow to get back to me on progress updates.

KIDS TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS. JUST A HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. UNRELIABLE. THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY SAY. DONT THINK TWICE ABOUT EVER USING THEM.
