Load-a-lot day light *******!

Moving is not an easy task and they promise to make it as seamless as possible but instead caused the exact opposite. My interprovincial move was scheduled for 9am and and they arrived at 6pm. The delay was poorly communicated as they supposedly had network problems and the operations manager could not be reached all throughout this time. By the time the packers arrived, they were not given a job card, they had no boxes or wrapping material with them, nothing to start the job. They eventually sent boxes and material only to send small boxes which eventually ran out, and my items left the house unaccounted for because they had to continue packing at the warehouse (at this time it was already so late in the evening for more boxes to be sent). I had no sight of how many boxes there were, or even whether my items were safe as they left the house unsealed. I was informed that the truck would leave JHB two days after items were packed, but suddenly, that evening the packers were told that there was a truck leaving same evening. They packed in a rush, throwing my items in boxes and I was left running around them making sure my items don’t break. This is the worst service I have received from any mover (even with unforeseen circumstances that are inevitable in moving) but their service was just plain disgusting.
