Extremely poor service complaint.

Furniture was scratched, Driver was lazy we carried half of our stuff. Another client they were helping at the same time complained to us as well. Received stuff three weeks late and scratched. Trying to undercut the competitors but dropping the ball on service excellence. Driver arrived six hours late for collection and finally left at midnight. And delivery also arrive late. He wasn’t willing to carry the boxes and was lazy. Sales consultant is more concerned on commission then finishing the job properly. CEO did not follow up with complaint and rectify.
