Do not use Load-a-lot!!!

Do NOT use this moving company!!! Firstly, they got our moving date incorrect and pitched up on the wrong day. Then, on the actual moving day they were hours late, so we ended up having to do the move over 2 days. They very nearly dropped our glass dining room table! If it wasn’t for us helping them, they would have. They also damaged our TV due to poor packing. I have photos. This was in September and I’m still awaiting just a response. The lack of respect is appalling. Once they have your money they just don’t bother to reply to your WhatsApp’s because, as I only realised too late, you can’t find a landline or contact number to phone them online. You can only WhatsApp them and they don’t reply. I begged them for a manager’s contact details and just didn’t receive a reply. Absolutely shocking service.
