An Absolute Disaster: My Nightmare with Load-a-Lot
"I had an extremely frustrating experience with Load-a-Lot. My furniture was picked up on the 25th of April, and as of today, the 5th of May, I still haven't received it. Lerato, the sales lady who was my spokesperson, has not been answering my calls or providing any support or feedback. If you see her name, run! I strongly advise against using this company if you want a reliable and responsible moving service."

Lerato, the sales lady who was my spokesperson, has not been answering my calls or providing any support or feedback. They had promised delivery by the 31st of April so I could be unpacked by the 1st of March, a public holiday. Instead, I've been sleeping on the floor since the 1st of March due to their failure to deliver on time. I strongly advise against using this company if you want a reliable and responsible moving service."
