Liziwe the owner of the guest house is too full of herself and does not care about the customers

When i reported to Liziwe about something i was really not happy about while i was booked at the guest house,she just answered me with an attitude saying "well my dear this is a township,u should have known as you were booking and so there is nothing i can help you with.My complaint had nothing to do with the township,it was about the condition of her guest house.I also feel there must be inspectors who need to go and view the guest house because i noticed that the shower is not safe at all,it is very slippery because it is tiled with normal floor tiles and not the shower tiles.
