Formal Complaint Regarding Cancellation Handling and Service

I was unable to proceed with my stay and had to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. While I understand that cancellation policies exist, the manner in which management handled this situation was highly disappointing.

The communication I received was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. There was no effort to engage constructively or show any understanding, only a rigid and unhelpful response. In addition, there was a complete refusal to consider any form of partial refund, with no willingness to resolve the matter fairly.

To add to the frustration, I was later sent a request to review my “stay” — despite the fact that I never checked in. This reflects a clear lack of attention to detail and further highlights the poor level of service and communication.

Overall, this experience demonstrates a lack of professionalism and customer care. I cannot recommend this establishment based on how this situation was handled.
