Terrible Lixil, stay away for your sanity!

Lixil is a supplier of baths etc. to sanitaryware shops. The shops are unable to call them, they only get to order and query online - queries are rarely answered. They indicated my bath would be supp**** in 3 weeks, when it didn't arrive they suddenly said 4 weeks. I called them and was given the absolute run around. Terrible service.
