Terrible customer service
I contacted Lixil/Grohe on 29th & 30th September via Whatsapp, ***. I spoke to Genna who advised that one of her teammates would call me. When this didn't happen on 29th I called again on 30th and the reception advised that she'd get the Sales Manager to call me. I'm still waiting for someone to return my call.
