Worst service delivery

They never reply to emails and can take up to a week to attend to maintenance issues.

I have been out of lights in my bathroom for 3 days now and they are not attending to it,I do not know how they expect one to use a bathroom without a light.

I reported the issue 3 times and there’s no communication from them at all,this is not the first incident.

They prioritise new tenants,I probably have to wait until everyone moves in before they attend to me while the maintenance guys stay in the same building.

You’re only good with them if you don’t complain
