Very Toxic Place

Please note at live easy Rivonia if a washing machine breaks in your hands its almost 17k to repair it. Failure to pay full amount you will be asked to move out, and forget about your deposit or the partially paid amount for the machine they said its forfeited.

if yr rent gets overdue with 3days u wont have water and electricity. further delay just know u will be homeless coz they will change your keys and lock u out, dosent matter if u had left in your morning gown. u will find your apartment locked.

not to mention non stop maintenance's, leakages and and water busts, dont be surprised coming to your apartment and its a pool. has happened to me countless times. you get no apology no nothing. and i think this is headquarters for all sandton ****roaches coz fighting ****roaches will be your daily routine. This is all my experience as i moved out yesterday. This is a very toxic place if you care much about your mental health
