Unfair treatment of tenants and thievery by building manager by name Mahlatse

Live Easy Batho Pele at Johannes Ramokhoase Street has for me been the best place to stay at in Pretoria, It is only turning into a nightmare now that there is a particular manager by the name Mahlatse and I hope the owners get to read this and act on it soonest. For some odd reason this particular manager has taken a particular interest in my account with Live easy which I have been duly paying but suddenly there are fees I do not know of, fees which led to him threatening to lock me out if not paid which I found very odd, monies which were in no way related to my rent. I say this and I reiterate, I hope the owners get to read this and act on it. His actions are beginning to border on harassment, his conduct towards me is unbecoming. I suspect he is *****ing from Live Easy, at the same time he is *****ing from us tenants. The situation now is that my lease ended in September and prior to that we received an email informing us that there will be a R300 renewal fee to which I obliged and paid. I recently received an email from him informing me that my lease is ending at the end of November therefore I must pay the R300 which has been discounted from R500 (which I find questionable). The most important issue I wish for the owners to address is that of being threatened to be locked out, that of accounts being fiddled with, to our detriment as tenants. I shall write further as the matter unfolds but for now I am pleading for attention on this matter.
